Returns
We hope that Ter Sarkisian products have met your expectations. However, if for any reason the ordered item does not fit or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Please remember that the returned item must be in intact condition – it must show no signs of use, have original tags attached, and (if possible) be in the original packaging.
How to make a return? Step-by-step instructions
- Fill out the return form
Fill out the return form that was sent along with the product. - Pack the product
Pack the returned item securely so it does not get damaged during transport. Include the filled-out form and proof of purchase inside the package. - Send the package
You can send the package via courier to our address or use an InPost Parcel Locker (Paczkomat). Please do not send “Cash on Delivery” (COD) shipments.

Refunds
The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the shipment and successfully verifying the product’s condition. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used during the purchase or to the bank account number provided in the return form.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or color, the fastest way is to make a return (according to the instructions above) and place a new, separate order in our online store.
